Dear Worshippers

Re: Closure of Church Premises on 1st March 2020.

Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

The BBPC leadership has prayerfully considered at great length and has made a decision that the church will only resume Worship Services, including all other activities, on 8th March 2020.

The reasons that have led us to decide to remain closed include:

1. There may be some potential risks, having taken into account different factors, including family relationship connections between the cluster at the church in Bukit Batok and BBPC.

2. How the COVID- 19 situation is developing in Singapore and the rest of the world.

Like last Sunday, the church will provide a video link by Sunday morning on the church website https://www.bbpc.sg so that members can access the message video to listen to the preaching of God’s word for encouragement.

Once again we seek your understanding. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

Rev Dr Chang Chian Hui

On behalf of BBPC Session and PPC EDC

From 8 March onwards, worship services will resume as normal, except physical meetings that involve 50 or more will require consultation with P&E. All other Ministry activities involving under 50 people can resume physically, or virtually with discernment of ministry leaders. External ministries (e.g. St. Luke’s Eldercare, BB/GB, PCS, etc.) please observe external guidelines where applicable.

Travel history checking and temperature screening/logging still apply for all that come through church premise throughout the week until further notice.

Guidelines regarding CGs from 8 March onward (no physical CG meetings before that):

  1. Ensure members are comfortable to meet physically or otherwise are encouraged to meet online.
